Kona looks in really good nick, eck - was this the one you were thinking of stripping and painting/powdercoating? Just bamp some gear on it and get it trundling. What's the white/orange frame right at the back? Looks interesting too.

bike looks good zz digging the white on black look and know what you mean about the skinny tyres initially feels a bit sketchy and less forgiving but does roll a bit better and you soon get used to it. I was just glad of a day in the garden and one short bike ride to get milk, well done on getting some proper riding in

I'm up for a night in glesga town too, however if we do go to a proper boozer the velo has to handle the natives if they get restless

the kona's just been sprayed (not by me ) it's the red grossman thats getting/wanting powder coated .

the white/orange ones a progear slalom-z . heres some old pictures from when it was being used

i've now sorted out some wheels and some super t's and a hayes rear brake .....

The Progear's quite funky, looks like it should have rear sus. But cool that it doesn't.

I think my retro grouchiness just got worse, that progear jump bike is Horrid !!!

Looks far too modern for me, I have rescued bikes from the tip, that however I would put in it !

Like your SS ZigZag but I would go for fat tyres on a rigid, only use skinnies when the old frame dictates it
