MacRetro chat and rides thread

I wasn't smoking cigars but unfortunatly I was awake, listening to drunks talking alot of shite about "the man"and "cougars" :?:

only kidding

well it seemed like everyone went to bed at 11 and it was a lot warmer around the chimanea than not being around it

i stopped for an hour to chat to those 2 ladies :P  and i dont remember you being awake at 2am smoking cigars

she would ride slowly , pull ahead , stop to rest then when i would catch up start riding again

shame the winner of oldest bike wasnt even a member :(

Laydees, cigars, prizes for oldest bike? whoa, sounds like my bag baby!

How old was this old bike? what were the laydees like? what did I miss?

Wales here i come.....DING DONG!

ive been sitting back as there isnt really a lot to contribute to the scot rides

cant quite remember age , 93 was mentioned but im sure i heard 80something ?

there was nothing involved in way of proving it . we were all just stood in a crowd and asked to shout out . im surprised nobody aged there bike a bit by a few years

shonkiest bike got a bag of spuds , comical as traditionally the prize is normally a frame

2 kids had a race to drink the quickest to win a frame , or was it a complete bike ?

there were a handfull of ladies racing but no cougars  or uber cougars , or super cougars , nor any uber super cougars

think they were trying to get away from the shonkiest bike thing and a bag of spuds is quite fitting :D

Worst mechanical goes too Jimis cranks
Worst spill goes too Velo at Dalbeattie

I also managed to smash a chainring into three bits and bend a crank spider at CV, I AM IRON MAN

Velo's tumble at Dalbeattie was a sore one

I'll be ok for this weekend, Drumlanrig would be cool 8)

Also up for Kielder in July
