I thought you were one of the level headed among us so don’t be to hard on yourself :)

I've buggered yous guys about so much over the last few years I need to sort my head out.

Just come along. Getting out riding and chatting to people will help sort your head out. Hiding yourself away will only make it worse.
The piss taking is just meant as good natured banter, but if it’s affecting you wanting to join us or you think we’re being serious then it’s time to knock it on the head.

Re:

Stick around Rob - we need you. Variety is the spice of life and all that. I've not been on a meet for 3 or maybe even 4 years (Bawbags when I brought Freddie I think was my last) but that's just because of circumstances, work and ******* my leg last winter, otherwise I would probably have been out in 2019.
Got a new Trossachs map for Xmas and still plan to do that Comrie/Callander loop this year. Be there

Re:

Rob get out and ride your bike with us guys.
I am officially depressed I have a psychiatrist who says so, I am unemployed and not in great health. I have been hiding from the world.
My partner told me to effing get out on my bike or she'd effing kill me.
I went out on festive frolics with the lads at Pitmedden and it cheered me up no end

It's no youse guys it's me, well maybe that big fat bastard from Dunfermline

Rob, Keith is under the impression you no coming oot wi' us on the Festive Frolics ride was because ye were avoiding him until ye had spent yer winter fuel allowance. I actually spent mine on fuel, weel half o' it anyway, there's nowt Keith has got that will fit me, thank feck.

velo is right, get oot on yer bike with us/anybody, exercise and socialising even if it feels forced always, still, makes ma heid feel better afterwards. My heid has been messed up on and off for years though I didn't know that for long enough. I've too many times said eff it I cannae be ersed then feel worse for not going out. If truth be told I didn't really fancy Pitmedden or anywhere on Monday but went anyway, no matter how much I moaned/fell aff it was still better than sitting on my arse in the hoose on my tod (Lorna at work, my lassies elsewhere).

More of us have been where you are than you think.
