I may be wrong here, but didn't the changeable end caps/adapter thing start with the Pro2 hubs?
I'm pretty sure the xc hubs and earlier were "un-adapter-able"? :?

We've a couple of Hope hub aficionados on here though, so I'm sure they'll know for sure.

Can't say for sure what hub it is, but can definitely say you won't get a 15mm conversion for it. Way too early.
Are the spoke flanges different sizes? Bulb had a bigger disk side flange, XC hubs were both the same size.

Which one is it? I think they can be repaired if you send ut back to garmin, depends what's wrong with it though. If it's more than a couple of years old it's probably uneconomical to get it repaired I would have thought.
