MacRetro chat and rides thread

3 Days in a row

Nae chance, Laggan maybe, Golspie Yes, Strathpuffer No chance.

AC, stop predicting your going to be kaput months in advance. If you decide your going to be ill you will be, there is a psychological side to ME. The illness does not need your help to decide its course. ME beats me when I lose the fight, I dont throw the towel in before the fight

I live within my envelope of power but I still have the envelope 8)

Sorry AC, not meaning to get at you

I hear you velo. As positive as I am there are times when I over compensate for my illness. Of course there's still no way I could do three days in a row!

Oh and Si, I'm not sure how you boys south of the border roll but up here we tend not poke our women in the eye...mostly because they'll then just give us a kicking.

I to, am prob a no go on this one, part wife and 3 kids but mainly dosh- just had the expected pay cut at work so from now on I will be on basic rations :( still in gainful so could be a lot worse but need to watch the pennies.

Looks like a fun trip all the same- has jamie seen the thread? Anyone got some foam grips I could borrow for Dalby, I don't really like them but anything to cushion the front end will be more than appreciated- really looking forward to next weekend 8)

Lisa just looked over my shoulder and said "Aye, there's no chance of that happening." :(

I find that a swift and well aimed poke in the eye works well in that situation. As ever accuracy is everything.

Si

yeah! damn right. You can't afford to miss, she will be apon you like the wee burd aff ah crouching tiger hidden underpants

Cool, the 3 days are optional of course and riding could be mixed. The idea was to get in as much as possible, the friday was the option of an afternoons riding before camping for the saturday ride. Again everything is open to debate and is flexible.

So far interested
