Cannock Chase for UK SS champs this year, lot easier to get to than Poole in Dorset for Charlie The Bike Mongers SS bash which is also this year.
I've pre registered but whether I actually pay up and go is a different matter.

I pre registered on Friday or Saturday but it will be a real lucky dip for places once registration opens. It should be at the start of April and its first come first served.
Should be good, especially as I cant get to Ireland for the SSEC, I haven't cancelled my days off from work and thought of going on foot rather than take the car as financially its then doable, but the ferry to Befast doesn't take bikes so you have to go to the town further north :roll: and then its about a 50 mile ride to the race. I am clutching at straws but thats how it goes.
Cannock seems good this year, not too far as you say, plus I've not been there before. If you wanted a ride down if you do get a spot theres a seat there for you.

OK Jamie if we both get in I'll ride shotgun in your motor. I too have ridden Cannock Chase, its bloody good but alarmingly close to my ex wife's digs :shock:
