Nice early raceface stem 140mm with little rise - fits on 1 1/8th alloy steerers only from what i remember.

got it off elev12k but havent used it

if it's fits the 1 1/8" alum steerer, it will also works with 1" steel steerer as that's what I'll be doing. but you'll probably need a 1" to 1 1/8" steerer/stem shim to fill in the gap as the cap is still for 1 1/8" regardless of the clamping mech inside. i have both the 1 1/8" steel and alum internal clamps btw.
