The hubs are used, obviously, but they're in good, sound condition mechanically. The axles spin freely butwithout 'play'.

my bike has 1993 deore lx hubs and the rear hub needs replacing because the cassette has play quite a lot actually... I mean that black bit attached to the hub, the one you put the cogs on...
