Shimano XT M739 rear mech, long cage.
a few little scratches and one bigger one (not deep though). very smooth on all adjusters/screws pivots etc. still got a nice tight spring and not at all sloppy. Jockeys worn though. .

Syncros 125mm hinged stem, black. with a flat top, (so no silly top cap requirements
) again a few surface finish scratches, and a couple of slightly deeper scratches around where the top cap sits.
£16 posted, (or £13 if you'll take a clamp which has stripped on the nut side and had a longer bolt and nylock nut fitted - works fine, and you can only see it on one side...or I've got a slightly better condition version, whcih you can have with the good clamp for £18 - this is getting complicated)
