M730 crank caps & other XT M095 small parts

I'm looking at getting this one as it look like the one in the catalogue & I think it's from '94, although it is quite hard to tell exactly what it looks like in the catalogue, it's listed as a Kalloy SP-264 300L...

Should weight 240g (27.0 version does)

According to bikepedia, the Montana Pro used XTR STI's so it could be 8 speed?
and some DX thrown in as well ? http://www.bikepedia.com/QuickBike/Bike ... &Type=bike

thought that is a different spec to the apparent 1993 catalogue

I have an M735 rear mech if you need one? In fair condition and mechanically sound. Short cage though but will run a block with no dramas.

Yeah Dave is after M900 I believe, but some of the parts for the 2 bikes are the same!

Bikepedia spec is unusual, I wonder if KHS used both 7 & 8spd on the Pro? different specs for different countries?

Kinda throws a spanner in the works, but I'll go with the actual catalogue spec I reckon

from my understanding bikepeida entries for khs are us spec bikes. the catalogue i scanned is the european range.

Re: Brakes I have decided for now to stick with the Dia Compe ones on the bike at the mo, as funds are quite tight at the mo, I will however at some point want some M734's
