M6 20mm for V-brake pivots

Would M6 20MM bolts do front and back V-brake pivots??

Got Manitou SX-R forks on the front.. which might be M8??

do you mean the fitting bolts or the posts Ian,posts at the back are normally m10 but 20mm bolts for your v brakes should be plenty

Fitted the new brakes after hours last night (still got cables to do) and the bolts are the same back and front..

Was looking (unsuccessfully) for black ones and the option of m6 or m8 threw me :?

Actually.. now I don't remember whether it was M6 or M8 - probably something completely different

I had some black alloy ones but they went with my kcnc vb1....

Yeah M6 for the bolts to hold the brake arms on, I had to buy some the other week.
I used M6 x 16 or 18 mm iirc.
