Hey folks
Just wondered if anyone would be interested in a wheelset swap. I’m building a 96 Avalanche and the only thing that is standing out is the wheelset. The closest set I have is the later grey LX. M571 hubs, black spokes on Mavic X221 rims. They’d do in a pinch but I’d really like the earlier generation wheelset so it better matches the bike and components.
So in short.
Swap / Shimano Deore LX M571 hubs, skewers, black spokes, Mavic 221 rims
For/ Shimano Deore LX 8 Speed M565 hubs and skewers, preferably with silver spokes and black rims.
