M563 parallax hub sizes (front and rear) to order spokes.

Does anybody know what sizes front and rear shimano M563 parallax hubs are to calculate spoke lengths to lace them to Mavic XM317 (none disc type).

I'm even having trouble getting the rim size of the XM317 rims. DT swiss calculator says ERD = 545mm, Mavic's tech site says 'spoke support diameter' is 539.5 mm. Is this the same as the ERD?

Does anybody have the hub sizes, rim size or best of all what spoke lengths I would need?!

Gonna give wheel building my first go so any help would be brilliant.

I built some wheels with that hub and rim combination recently.

264mm with a three cross lacing.

nice one mate. is that for all spokes? that would be nice and easy if they're 264 all-round.

Just double checked. The drive side spokes are 262mm. The non drive side and the front spokes are 264mm.

This is based on a 32 spoke build. For 36 spokes you'll need to knock 2mm off the lengths.

you're a star. cheers mate. getting them ordered now. how are you finding the xm317 rims? heard they are good for £20 rims.

Very good rims, available in silver and the almost an identical profile to the older Mavic rims too so a good retro option.
