I think the "X-Lite" part is literally just the sticker on the frame, otherwise it's a regular M-Trax frame I think, which looks like someone has started stripping the paint from the front?
Forks remind me of RST but I could be wrong.

The 1994 Dyna-Tech Diablo range share the same frameset. Suspect it was around the time of the shift from Dyna-Tech to M-Trax.

Looks like it was originally blue maybe but someone had painted over in purple and the forks to match.

Dunno what model it would be then or where in the range but £100 seems steep when you’d have to put so much graft in to get it original again…
