M-Trax Ti3000 build

Finally decided to try and put some pictures on here.
Here's my 1994 M-Trax Ti3000.
Here's what it looked like when I got it:



Was fitted with horrible Club Roost bars, the M-trax three-mile long stem, and tonnes of very old grease

And moving on with the build:





Frame: 94 Raleigh M-Trax Ti3000

Fork: Pace RC-35

Headset: Dia Compe Aheadset
Stem: Kore
Handlebar: Renthal/Pace RC Sub 130
Grips: Grip Shit
Barends: X-Lite

Brakes: Shimano Deore LX
Brake Pads: Kool Stop
Brake Cables: Halt
Cantilever cable hangers: Attached to the bike/ Forks
Brake Levers: Dia Compe PC11

Shifters: Sachs Wavey
Front Derailleur: LX
Rear Derailleur: LX
Derailleur Cables: Shimano
Cassette: Shimano HG 8Spd 11-30
Chain: Sram PC-850
Cranks: LX
Crank Bolts: Both still there.
Chainrings: Pace 42t/Specialites 32t/Shimano 22t
Chainring bolts: 10 of them.
Bottom Bracket: Shimano
Pedals: DMR V8

Hub Skewers: Shimano
Rims: Mavic 237/238
Hubs: Shimano/Parallax Deore LX
Nipples: All there
Spokes: 32 per wheel
Tyres: Maxxis High Roller
Tubes: Intact

Saddle: Flite Titanium
Seatpost: Kalloy
Seatpost Binder: A bolt

Weight: Hopefully less than it did when I bought it

It'll be good when it's done - not far off now

Look forward to seeing the completed project. I'm after a ti 3000 or 4000 frame or whole bike for a project this year. Hopefully can find one soon.

It's done! Riding nicely too... didnt stay clean for long, had to give it a blast round the coast path on the way home.
Waiting on few bits (purple heatshrink/cable ends) then will sort some pics out....hopefully will get it out for a long-ish ride this weekend if the wind dies down.

arnoldlayne- I listened to the first Floyd album whilst working on this.. also, ti3000 and 4000 frames are the same, only difference is LX/XT groupset

Same frame as I'm delivering to ultrazenith next week but with UGLI forks. Nice, maybe I should have kept it (here we go again).

Looks awesome. Just got to service my pace forks then I'll be up on the hills. Really need to find a ti 3/4000.
