Lycra? Yay, or nay?

My advise would be go for 1 size bigger than you normally are; ie if your a 32" waist, go for 34".
I have a pair in my normal size, and after a few minutes I'm suffering from 'builders bum - cold back syndrome'.
Other than that, no complaints, they are nice for pottering round in.

I use a Scott baggie on top of lycra , but use a belt .
