What model of LX? I have a 36t (?) NOS M563 middle ring, take a look at CRC I think they still sell them. Whatever they charge i'll half it posted.

its off a 96/97 gt avalance five arm type silver with black outer ring :roll:

Ada find the shimano 'M' on the cranks and we will see if its right. It is a 5 arm ring so you might be in luck. Will 36t be suiting your riding.

36 is fine as the shaged one ive got is 33

I think the CRC M563 is a 33tooth an will be around £15 (or a few pounds less)
I remember seeing them not long ago.

For Compact 5 arm.
