On a more serious note: the reason I opened your thread was that one my Raleighs is this lugless '200'. I've never been able to find out much about the model, but I like it.
It was a trade-in my LBS offered me for a friendly price, five years ago or so. It came with drop bars and brifters and was apparently raced by the (female) PO, but at the time I still thought flat bars were nicer (and looked better) so I put those on, together with some new and cheap Shimano MTB brifters (Acera? Alivio?). It works really well, but I found out later that for longer distances drop bars have much more to offer in terms of comfort.
I'm sure the Rolf wheels are not original. I'm normally not a fan of low spoke count wheels, but I do think these look and feel great on this bike. The whole thing feels fast and zippy, but after 20k or so that gets a little tiring.
I'm looking forward to your first ride report with the Vitesse. I wouldn't be surprised at all if it turns out to be a nice ride.
