A member on here extended the steerer on one of my DK Tuning forks, as you have now done. Worked a treat. Shame on me, can't remember his name.

Problem solved

Do you know what he did? Presumably there is a sleeve inside the fork to align the extension and provide extra strength to the extension.

Looks like a top job but about 30 mm too long
