love or hate it, Kona Kila-Honzo update 04/04/24 shiny stuff added!

ok, so a little while ago i asked for some pics of your white Kona Kilauea from the mid 90's and here is the result, a modern Kona Big Honzo, painted like a Kilauea so it's a Kila-Honzo!

probably a love hate thing for some of you though!

the stickers were done by the sign writers next to my shop, and the paint and sticker fitting was done by Blue Whippet paintworks

i have gon a bit mad on the build spec, canecreek fork/headset/cranks/BB, burgtec bar/stem/pedals, Hope wheels, Xt 12 speed gears, Magura brakes and Revgrips.

That is a Kila Honzo for sure. Some very nice parts on there too, wanting some of those grips now

yeah i do like Revgrips, i keep them in the shop, obvs they are expensive but i now have them on 4 of my bikes, the ones i mostly use, overall i do think they help especially with a carbon bar, just helps reduce that wrist buzz feeling
