So I'm looking for a unicorn sprinkled in rocking horse poo.

I am looking to build my dream bike, Lotus 110.

There has to be something out there and will consider anything.

I know they are not cheap so please don't patronize me, I wouldn't do this post if I didn't have the budget.

I would suggest joining the Lotus 110 owners club on Facebook and asking there. They keep a listing of most of the known examples and from time to time one comes up for sale.
