It needs to be tighter than bloody tight.
47Nm will need a proper (10") workshop allen key, or an extension over a normal 4-5" one.
Unless you like having "8mm" embossed into an allen key shaped groove in the palm of your hand.

I do use one around 8" Stop sniggering! It's the only long allen key I have.
So maybe get a torque wrench then?

Unfortunately, getting a torque wrench for 47Nm will be a bit of a one trick pony, it *probably* won't be of any use for anything lower than about 15Nm. Which is most of the rest of the bike.

Unless you do lots of car tinkering.

I'd see if anyone local/a mate has one you can borrow for the 20 minutes you'll need it.
