Loose crank

My Klein attitude is on its second crank and it constantly needs tightening, do I need a new crank or new bottom bracket axle?

Most likely your crank arm as its Al and the axle will be steel.

1. Wrap a thin layer of tin foil around axle before you fit crank arm.

Or

2. Loctite the bolt in place

Or

3. Buy a new crank arm
