Looking to swap: NOS Caramba levers for Proshift front mech

I just came into a set of totally NOS, like-new Caramba levers (red bases, silver levers...red color is perfect). I'm looking to trade these, possibly plus cash, for a Proshift front derailleur in similar condition (though slightly used is fine). The derailleur needs to either be set up for or include the parts for being run as a bottom pull for 31.8.
