Front or full bike in 19-20 size frame for my 184cm height, not rigid fork if it is possible

Specially design frame (better titanium or steel or special carbon frame like K2 4500-5000, Trek Y.....) and good components (better xtr)

GT, SBIKE, PROFLEX, DBR...etc....

I like AMP, GIRVIN, PACE forks.....

I'm looking for something special bike in perfect full working

the necessary budget can be increased up to 700-800 GBP
