How is the shifting when using the ZAP?

I made 2 videos to show shifting in action (1. video with the ZAP, 2. video with the test device connected). Shifting is ok so far. It's slow and sometimes it does not shift after pressing one of the buttons. So overall it works as designed :mrgreen:

excellent build like new, I was tempted to build with Zap but then ended up building 2 mektronic bikes after finding a good supply of old Mektronic kit a few years ago. The link below has the post that shows both bikes.
