I don't know, but I have the same ones. 2 skewers in plain, and 1 seatpost clamp bolt in purple.

They are Titanium if that helps.

I had a blue pair I'm pretty sure thy're the Ringle ones that often lose the rubber o-ring on the non cam side.

Sachs equipped his New Success high end groupset with this kind of skewers. There were also a rubber on the bolt.

However I don't know if they were the actual makers.
