Got my tomatoes seeds planted. The front of Chez CTEC points south and I have a long porch with a lot of glass that gets very warm this time of year, so the baby Tom's to be wre in there. Potatoes planted yesterday they're in the greenhouse. Peppers next.

Down on our plot we just grow mainly fruit .Cooking apples , plums , damsons ,red, white & black berries . Strawberries, gooseberries ,blackberries.
Sweet corn and a few root veg . Home made fruit pie is lovely .

Aside from an assortment of herbs (spring onion, sage, rosemary, thyme, basil, dill, oregano) we grow peppers. My friends and I love spicy. Over the past few years my buddy and I have grown moruga scorpion, shishito, pequin, bird’s eye, chocolate habanero, dragon tooth, and Carolina reaper.

I've been assiduously keeping the wood ash from the log fire to use as fertiliser/anti pest for when they are a bit older. Even if a quarter don't survive the transition to outdoors I'll still gave 27 plants.

It's a bit early for tom's. Don't be surprised if they get leggy and then fall over. I won't be sowing any until closer the end of march.

Been there with it last year, albeit with about 1/6th the numbers. They'll stay indoors until the weather is truly conducive to them going out.

Finally finished my kitchen garden bed! Its been a 2 years, spare time build....a d all out of free materials except ton of sand and several bags of cement.....now just need to plant some stuff.....

The veg plot, is now dig over too with the last of the winter kale having just bolted....

Even though its snowing today...spring is coming...honest!
