Litespeed softail info

Spotted this at the Manchester bike jumble on Sunday, I can't say I've seen one before. The seller said he bought it around 10 years ago when he lived in the US. Are they quite rare? What year would they be, 2000ish? Or earlier?

Unicoi? From about 1998. Basically an Obed with a softtail.

Yes it was a Unicoi. He was trying to sell it. I took his details so please PM me if anyone wants to buy it.

It looked like a bit of a mix of parts built onto it, but certainly late nineties early 2000s.

Unicoi's rode quite well but Tsali's (with the air shock) rode better.
