Well, I think that decal tells the story, it is butted tubing.
This is comparable with a Ibis TiMojo frame.
Beautiful.

When did they start using the Ocoee model name? My gut says 93 earliest.. No one was butting before that I think. Fat went for welding to get butting, then in 94 external butting. Before that it was all straight gauge me thinks.
