the post stem and bars can be £600-800 new.......keep an eye on e-bay usa and you can get bargain ti bits to add onto yours though.

I've a short cage XTR mech enroute and I'm struggling to decide on cranks??? Noirs? XTR? Middleburn? SLX? Did fancy some Saints but apparently they are made from pig iron. Looking for a Silver Thomson stem and maybe post? And thinking about changing the skewers and getting rid ofthe bar plugs. That said she rides unbelievably well. I've only used to commute to work and back, so still waiting for a good thrashing. Maybe the Wolds ride? Or a mid week blast to Sherwood Pines?

Had a set of Noirs...look great new but utterly crap when used in mud when the shiny carbon goes all dull & scratched (they are plastic after all)!

My choice would be XTR, goes well with Ti frames
