With all respect looking at all your bikes. you look to have all the bars a lot lower than the saddle and a pretty long reach too! This is why you have a bad back, bars and saddle need to be at least level or bars higher and reach shorter, to start with.
Next core stability exercises, push ups, planks lots of stretching, I would ee a personl trainer for help frst before selling anything?

I was called yesterday by 1 of the best fysiotherapists in the Netherlands, he also treats the dutch national soccer team, and he wants to have a look.
I'll wait with selling the bikes untill then but i have made up my mind,..If is doesn't say Serotta or Nuke Proof,..it will be available soon (with prices ;) )
