Lightest, stiffest most rigid steel frame ever

Peugeot Teamline 2000 - Columbus Nivacrom. It was far too nice for a big lump like me to be riding round on. I almost wept when I rode it.

Stunning bike! How easy is it to get the grabs on one of these?

I got this one at a local cycle jumble, never seen a Teamline since. This bike now resides in Scotland.

Three pages of 'discussion' and no-one's mentioned the effect that wheel and tyre choice make to the ride and feel??

Probably more so than tubeset choice; ie. my 531 framed Kili Wot with P2 fork 'feels' better than my 853 Explosif...

...though it would be interesting to have two identical builds on different frames and, as suggested, ride them in the dark

Not a clue, I'e never had the pleasure of riding a "top end" frame. And if I'm on a ride with people who've got them they're generally too big for me to try. :cry:
