Light steel MTB frame - 18-19"

Hello,
I'm looking to buy a frame, I'm 6' tall and 175# so I imagine an 18"-19" frame would work. Should be suited for single track and city commute (I have wheels for both occasions).
Main requirements are:
Light (Reynolds 853 anyone?)
1-1/8" headset
Has a rear mech hanger
Hardtail
Under £300
Can work with suspension forks

I wouldn't mind a complete bike either.

So far I've added to my list of frames: Kona Explosif, Saracen Kili Flyer, Genesis Altitude, Cotic, Dekerf but I'm open to any suggestions

Got an 853 on One 18", currently built with Alfine hub gears and good kit, but will split. looking for £185+ post for the frame only.

No, but I think you can get other drop outs that do. The sliding drop outs are bolt-on.
I can do photos if that helps, but will have to be via direct email as I can't get photos on the forum (I used to be able to do this)

I have an 18" Dekerf Team SST frame but your £300 budget may be a bit optimistic. These tend to go for £500 +
