Lewis Hamilton..what a bellend

Old School Grand Master
I am a secret formula one fan

and despite vettel running away with things ..the dog fighting behind him this season seems watchable.

However yesterday because of a really poor qualifying Lewis had a mountain to climb even worse because it was at monaco and the street circuit.

Twice by his driver errors he was awarded penalties for crashing into people..normally I don't like stewards interventions but on these two ..Lewis did create the problem by rushing in and causing a collision

the interviewer asked why do you think your attracting so much stewards attention he claimed because he was black!!

Lewis I saw the race..you are a good driver but on this day you made two mistakes ..that wasn't because you were black..that was because on those two incidents you caused an accident

This for me has left a bitter taste for me that racism claims when things go wrong have now filtered into a sport that doesn't have any..and Lewis will never be looked at anything other than that from this point forward

A petulant young man with more money than sense and the person who made the sport the latest victim of reverse racism

I never saw the race or the accidents

I did see his interview with his "possibly because i am black" comment

Which, in all fairness and my opinion , was said purely tongue in cheek and followed up with

" thats what Ali G would say"

I think he was close to the wind with it, realised what he had said and how it could be misconstrued

Eddie Jordan put his point across quite well though  ;)

Why do white people never say "perhaps its because I'm white"

He's a great driver, but I have always thought he's a complete big headed nob!!

Can't stand the guy!!!!!

Completely agree. When he first appeared in Formula 1 I was impressed by his driving, but its all been downhill from there. When things aren't going his way he behaves like a grumpy spoilt child. He needs to grow up and take his share of the blame when appropriate.
His comment yesterday may have been tongue in cheek, but its not very clever to joke about racism. The only time I have ever noticed racism in Formula 1 was from a minority of Alonso's followers at the Spanish Grand Prix.

I missed all the after-race stuff..

I rate Hamilton as a driver, think he's got talent.. but holy moley!!.. He deserved to be in front of the stewards for yesterday..

And the "coz I is blick"... bell-end don't even come close imo.

Awesome race though.. my least favourite one of the year, historically, but my favourite of the year so far...

Brilliant driver, but wouldnt anyone be if they were looked after by McClaren since the age of 4 iirc?

His comments are quite frankly unforgivable and irresponsible, fair play to him for his acheivements and being the first Black man in F1 but i was just waiting for him to play the race card

He messed up and it was his own fault he never got the qually position he wanted,so then he forgot the skill and went at the race like an amateur and ruined others race too.

He is starting to come across like the spoilt brat like mentioned above, grow up Lewis you have everything to lose otherwise.

His driving style hasn't moved on enough since his first season. He still drives like a go-kart driver in that he'll absolutely drive the wheels off the car until either he wins something goes wrong. It can be exciting to watch but not really the way to do it nowadays.
