Let's see some Dekerfs..

Casper

If you did the UK coast to coast, you won't have been far from me!

Shame, I didn't know! :D

Your Dekerf on that stand is by the far the most desirable!

I dream of one of those bar and stem combo's!

loving that White Dekerf.

Also Neil you did a really nice job with my old frame. I approve  .

Hope to get my Team SL built soon!. :)

If anyone is interested, Chris Dekerf also welds
the Chromag Surface 29er frame.
These are hardtail all-mountain frames ideal for
West coast Canadian riding.
These frames have less traditional geometry than Dekerfs to fit a longer travel fork

Nice Implant, what year is it?

Not retro I know but here's mine too

Yours is a beauty too! We have opposite colours going.

The frame is brand new 2013 - It has yet to be ridden.

How are you liking the way yours rides? What do you mostly use it for?

What do you like about it?

Mine's ten years old and designed for a slightly shorter fork than the new ones. I use it mostly on the rocky coast paths and moorland around where I live. It's a great bike to ride and is equally good at the ups and the downs. I'd would prefer it in a small size but other than that, I wouldn't change it.

When I was deciding on a frame, I really wanted to improve my descending ability. I leaned towards a FS.

But I also didn't want to be a slow climber and have difficulty accelerating.

I didn't want a ton of maintenance either.

Based on what I knew of the geometry and the testimonials I read, I am hoping the Implant lets me ride fast both up and down.
