Ordered a helmet from Leisurelakes after midnight on Tues, they emailed on Wed morning to say it had been posted. It arrived Thurs in post at 2.00pm.
My wife wanted one too so on Friday after phoning was told I might get it in post on Sat, definitely Mon, so ordered it just after 1.00pm. No email to say it had been posted on Fri or Sat morning so assumed Mon delivery.
Postie knocked on door today at 1.20pm with helmet.
Very impressed by how quickly Leisurelakes despatched both orders especially the 2nd one.

you lucky bugger, it took them 12 working days to get a tube of grease to me...

.....and I live 25 miles away from their nearest shop.. :x

I'm not impressed.

Well you win some and lose some.
Last year I ordered several MTB brake and gear cables from Fibrax,
3 times they sent the wrong cables despite me phoning to tell them the correct part numbers, they still mixed up brake and gear cables. One of the wrong cables was a BMX brake cable for the front with twin cables.
They didn't want any of the wrong ones sent back, don't know why.

The last time I dealt with LLB was 1991 I bought my RC100 from them which Ive still got and they were OK to deal with then
