Late 90s/early2Ks DHish tyres - recommendations?

Time for a tyre change for the Spooky Bandwagon I think. The Tioga Factory DHs it's wearing at the moment are in pretty good nick but as I'm more used to Maxxis Super Tackys they are not exactly confidence-inspiring. Now I know I could fit a set of High Rollers but looking for something maybe slightly more period-correct such as Stick-E Kenda Nevegals maybe or Halo Knobbler/Choir Master.

Any recommendations?

I'm pretty sure high rollers were around in 2001 (according to the sales pitch on variouse sites), certailnly were in 2003. So they most likley of the period anyway.
