Sorry to hear about your situation.

I was thinking about this frame when kaiser had it for sale just recently. I would actually probably be interested in the frame only - am I right in thinking that clockworkgazz asked about the fork back then??

Just checked the two mobiles. Neither have batteries or sim cards and can only find a charger for one of them (a Siemens A60 - retro?). Imagine they're not much use to you. Sorry.
