Large - retro 700C clunker/trailbike/cruiser 14 speed with cantis.

stripped and restored to fully working condition, very sturdy steel frame and forks with no rust or damage.

as tall as a dutch roadster but agile and light enough for offroad/gravel/bikepacking

surprisingly fast, very comfortable ride. its a big frame with big wheels - to suit rider 5ft 9 up to 6ft 4




Parts fitted during restoration:

New shimano BB and chainset, New Bontrager saddle, Ritchey stem and new Ragley Grips, New Ritchey megabyte gravel tyres and new tubes.

New seatpost, all new shimano cable outers and inners and Ritchey brake blocks.
Used XT pedals, Deerhead front mech and RX100 rear mech. LX cantis and shimano levers.7 speed cassette freewheel.
This frame has myriad braze-ons and even has internal brake cable routing on the top tube. Paintwork is original and in good condition for age.

I have ridden this bike a lot in the last few months and it always makes me smile.

Narrower bars and Ritchey stem fitted, much more practical now, doesn't get stuck in doorways like the 87cm bar did!
