large or very large rigid frame, vertical dropouts

For a winter bike, I'm looking for a large or very large rigid frame, with vertical dropouts. Preferably threaded headset/steerer in 1-1/8 size, in a size 21" or larger. 130 or 135 mm OLD rear spacing would be fine, as I have wheels for both.

I'd prefer something cheap, and I like the look of the early to mid 90s Raleigh 501 tubed frames with the long head tubes, but I'm flexible regarding brand, year and colour.

So, what have you got?

Hi, I have a 99 Gary Fisher Big Sur 21" frame I'm selling if you're interested? It's got quite a few scratches and chips but it's straight with no dents or cracks. It's on eBay at the moment but if you're interested I can stop the auction?
