Large frame (long top tube) for 26" wheels

Hi, I've posted before about this and so now the warmer days are here just thought I'd try my luck again.

I'm after a mountain bike/hybrid frame with a long top tube. I say hybrid because hybrid frames are also built with 26" wheels.

Generally, from what I've come across, the maximum TT length these frames seem to come out at are 23.5", which is what I've currently have - even with a layback seatpost it's too small and I'm 184cm.

So, here's hoping...

both my '91 Stumpjumper and '98-'99 Rockhopper have 24" TT.

The 19 inch Kona aa I have has this length top tube. I have a130 mm kore stem on it?
