BSA frame/forks/guards were re-sprayed at Armourtex and the bike has only been ridden once since then so the paint is pristine.
She has new cranks, pedals, basket, cables and grips.
The sprung Brookes was bought second hand but looks perfect on the bike. The bottom bracket has been up-graded to a square taper so runs lovely and smooth.
The original parts have pitting and some rust but are still functionally fine.
The frame has no dings or dents although the softer thinner guards have a few but these obviously aren't structural and for the age are expected.
It's got a three speed sturmey archer rear hub which is also the rarer dynamo version although this isn't connected up.
I've also added some BSA stickers front and back to finish her.
The bike is lovely and looks great in the flesh.
Downside - It's in Brighton and I don't fancy moving very far with this as not only will I look like a plonker but people will probably think I've nicked it. Having said that I will do what I can to help it sell.
Frame size is 52 c-to-c, without the top tube you can have the saddle right down.
I'd like £200 but if you can pick it up I'll knock off £30, which would be a total bargain. If you live in Brighton than you're winning.
Let me know if you need any more information.
