I've had a look at this and the BB is stuck. I'm going to take off the chainset and then the rest is free.

I've now managed to remove the stuck BB... what absolute junk it was! The retainers were made of plastic so just fell to pieces but I managed to chip away at the remainder and remove the bearings and sleeve.

If someone was to collect this in time they can also take the 2 Ritchey tyres I'm offering as Karma too.
