I think this one may have come up before. If it wasn't so small I would be very tempted.

How "risky" to ride are these older carbon bonded frames? ie the bonding letting go or the carbon failing due to unseen previous damage..

Purely based on what I've sen on this forum, there doesn't seem to be many instances of carbon failing. For these frames, I believe they were made with carbon over titanium, or something crazy like that, which might help or hinder the structural integrity.
