My 18" 95 Kona Sex One serial no. H4J0 0242. Put on a cut down DHX and Marathon SL's rides like a dream.

Kona Koa

Picked this Kona Koa up last night, advertised as a 1997 19" frame

Will give it a clean up and remove the panniers (for the timebeing), came with separate original Mavick wheels with Scratch and Sniff tyres on.

Just check serial number and its: H6A10904

So I now believe this was originally built in Hodaka 1996, first week of the tenth fortnight.

I'm presuming it was sold as a 1997 as the tubing sticker says 7005 frame and all the bikepedia style sites say 1996 had 7000 tubing.

If anyone can offer any input I'd be glad to hear it.
