The barend plugs arrived today. The reflector is mandatory requirement. I haven't found comfortable retro saddle... all too narrow and too round for me.

That Lava Dome looks loads better with the barend plugs fitted ..

Does anybody have a Kona with the same "Race Light" decal like on the picture. I need some close picture of the decal and the dimensions of the decal.

Hi, pretty sure my 1996 Kilauea has that decal. I can take an image and some measurements tomorrow when I get it out the garage.
Will take some pictures of the bike for all you Kona lovers.

94 and 96 versions of that decal were different i'm afraid. 96 had race in the "jungle" font 94 was a square font

I'm sure Gil_M has these decals on file

Yes, it was me I've been after one of these in 16" for ever so wasn't going to let it go easily. Swapped out a few parts; the very narrow bar for a 753 one, the Iscaselle saddle for an Avocet Racing I, the blackwall tyres for some amberwall Maximum/Reaction (need another Reaction if anyone has one?) and the awful grips for some foam Ritcheys. Added some XT M731 pedals and changed a couple of cables and she's ready to ride. Very happy I am too
