Dr. Dew's, bar end extenders for the brake levers. They attach onto the lever and when you are using your barends you can access your brakes.

My chice of black finishing kit seems to upset a few folks on here but I think it suits the frame colour nicely

Great bikes; IMHO steel Kona's are solid, well built with nice paint work, and are both resilient and responsive.
