Kona...?

Ladies and gents,

I am a huge Kona head, back in the day I would always love a build which was really custom... This looks real custom, anyone got an idea on what model it is?

I wonder if it'll just be another companies frame/forks etc badged up as a Kona? Maybe a Monty or something?

If that is a forged yoke on the chainstay it could be a repainted Roast or Chute.

The top tube looks to curve downwards after the head tube which looks un-Kona like. The seat stays look to have a s-bend to them too, which I've not seen on a hard tail kona.

Any idea of the age of the picture? 2000 ish?
