I find it hard to decipher the size of these with the big old tubing so I think it's more 18" than 19" but I'm probably wrong. Anyway, great project material especially as it seems dent free. Check for cracks on the steel rear triangle pivot points. Most of the core components are there and just need servicing and a full strip down.

The main frame top bar has a dent on the drive side - assuming it is the same bike as this (which it is)
